What to Expect in a Kickboxing Class
Each kickboxing class follows a structured format designed to build skills and fitness safely. After a dynamic warmโup to get your heart rate up, youโll learn and practise punch, kick and knee techniques through shadowโboxing and pad work drills. As you progress, youโll work with partners and heavy bags to develop timing and combinations. Optional controlled sparring allows experienced students to test their skills in a supervised setting. Classes finish with core work, stretching and a coolโdown.
