What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts or leggings. For karate classes, a gi and belt are traditional, but for your trial class we’ll provide a uniform. Once you decide to continue, our instructors can advise you on purchasing your own gi and belt.
Are there classes for kids?

How often should I train?
